Each Holiday Season, the Cape May County Bar Foundation ‘adopts’ local families in need, providing Grocery Store Gift Certificates, Gift Cards & Toys for the children. Donations of every size are very much appreciated! You make the donation. The CMCBF take care of the shopping, wrapping & delivery to 'Santa" to load his sleigh! Founded in 1991 by members of CMCBA, Cape Mediation Services, Inc (CMS) provides free, volunteer based, mediation services to Cape May County residents in suitable cases and as referred through the Family Division of the Cape May County Superior Court and Cape May County Municipal Courts, as an alternative to litigation. Parties meet with neutral third party to resolve differences with each party offered the opportunity to be heard and resolve their differences outside of the courtroom. Family mediations are mainly visitation and parenting plans. Municipal mediations may include neighbor disputes or personal grievances.
